以下這種類型的句子，也是很容易犯錯的：

More and more cars are on roads, which accelerate air pollution.

在這里，which不是指cars，也不是指roads，而是指More and more cars are on roads這么一個事實(shí)，是單數(shù)，所以正確的版本如下：

More and more cars are on roads, which accelerates air pollution.

關(guān)于代詞的單復(fù)數(shù)，也是很多人忽略的。請看以下例句：

Everyone should their own dreams.

在這里，their會出現(xiàn)指代不明的情況，不能指代everyone，所以應(yīng)該改成：

Everyone should his/her own dreams. / All should their own dreams.
