The world already has an unendurable population and the highest percentages of them live in Asia and Africa.Poverty,corruption,pollution,and diseases are epidemic in these parts of the world and the higher populace is the main reason for it.If the population in these two continents are not controlled,the problems would completely get out of hand and this essay suggests some ways of curbing the expansion of population.

現有的人口已經讓世界無法承受。他們中的絕大多數都生活在亞洲和非洲。貧窮、腐敗、污染以及疾病都是這些地區(qū)非常常見的問題，而較多的人口是這些問題的主要原因。如果這兩片大陸的人口沒有得到控制的話，問題會徹底爆發(fā)。這篇文章給出一些抑制人口擴張的建議。

The terribly higher population density,poverty,unemployment,and other social problems have already made it tough for Asian and African countries to progress and the increasing population growth makes the future even more uncertain there.Higher population in some developed countries are seen as a blessing while it is not the case in most of the Asian and African countries as most of their citizens are uneducated and unskilled.

極高的人口密度，貧困，失業(yè)以及其他社會問題已經使得亞洲和非洲國家很難進步，而越來越快的人口增長使得那里的未來更加充滿不確定性。一些發(fā)達國家擁有較高的人口被認為是一件好事。然而對于大多數亞洲國家和非洲國家來說，情況并不是這樣子的。因為其大部分國民都沒有接受過教育，也不具備什么技能。

To control the population,the first step has to come from the government.The authority should restrict the number of children a family can have and violation of this policy should be severely punished.Countries like China have already adopted this policy and have been able to control their population to a certain extent.Besides,the citizens have to be aware of the negative effects of the uncontrolled population and spontaneously take the birth control measures.Without the support of the ordinary population,the government alone cannot control it.Above all,the international organizations like WHO,UNDP,and other humanitarian organization should work in these countries to educate people about the negative consequences of the higher population growth.Besides,they should provide funds for birth-control in these countries.

如果要控制人口的話，政府必須采取首要措施。政府當局應當限制一個家庭能夠擁有的孩子數量，違反該政策將受到嚴厲的懲罰。像中國一類的國家已經開始采用該政策，并且能夠在某種程度上控制它們的人口。此外，公民應該意識到不受控制的人口的負面影響，并主動采取生育控制措施。沒有普通民眾的支持的話，單單政府自己是無法控制人口的。最重要的是，諸如WHO，UNDP等國際組織以及其他人道組織應該在這些國家開展工作，教育人們高人口增長所帶來的負面結果。此外，它們應該為這些國家的生育控制提供資金。

In conclusion,the higher population in poor countries are the greatest threat and the main hindrance to the progress.The government,ordinary people and international organizations should work together to control the rapid population growth in these countries.Without a combination of policy,awareness and a free flow of fund,it would be impossible to help those countries control their population.

總的來說，貧窮國家較高的人口是發(fā)展的最大威脅和主要阻礙。政府、普通民眾以及國際組織應該聯合起來控制這些國家告訴的人口增長。如果政策、意識和資金的自由流動沒有結合在一起的話，幫助這些國家控制人口將不可能實現。
