INTERVIEWER:Excuse me.
LUISA:Yes?
INTERVIEWER:I wonder if you could spare a few minutes to do a survey on transport.
It won't take long.
LUISA:No,that's fine.
INTERVIEWER:Lovely. The survey is on behalf of the local council.
They'd like to know about what transport you use and any suggestions for improvement.
Can I start by asking you how you travelled to town today?
LUISA:Sure.
I came on the bus.
INTERVIEWER:Great.
Now can I get a few details about yourself?
LUISA:OK.
INTERVIEWER:What's your name?
LUISA:It's Luisa...
INTERVIEWER:Yes.
LUISA:Hardie.
INTERVIEWER:Can you spell that,please?
LUISA:Yes.
It’s H-A-R-D-l-E.
INTERVIEWER:Great.
Thanks.
And can I have your address?
LUISA:It's 19.White Stone Road.
INTERVIEWER:Oh,right.
I know that area.
It's Bradfield,isn't it?
LUISA:That’s right.
INTERVIEWER:Is the postcode GT7?
LUISA:It's actually G-T-8,2-L-C.
INTERVIEWER:Great.
And could I ask what your job is?
Are you a student?
LUISA:I've actually just finished my training.
I'm a hairdresser.
INTERVIEWER:Oh,right.
And one more question in this section.
What is the reason for you coming into town today?
LUISA:Actually it's not for shopping today, which would be my normal reason, but to see the dentist.
INTERVIEWER:Right.
Thanks.
INTERVIEWER:Now in this last section I'd like you to give us some ideas about the facilities and arrangements in the city for getting to and from work,er,any suggestions you have for improvements.
LUISA:Well, something I've thought about for some time is that when I do walk and I'm doing a later shift,I think the lighting should be better.
INTERVIEWER:Yes,good point.
LUISA:And of course.
I think it's a real shame they've been cutting down on the number of footpaths.
They should have more of those.
Then people would walk more.
INTERVIEWER:Yes,right.
LUISA:And,I don't think there are enough trains.
That's why I don't use them—you have to wait so long.
INTERVIEWER:Thanks.
And finally I'd like to ask your opinion on cycling.
As you may know, there's a drive in the city to get more people to cycle to work.
LUISA:Right.
INTERVIEWER:But we realise that there are things which the council, but also employers, might do to help encourage workers to cycle to work.
LUISA:Yep.
Well,I have thought about it and where I work there are no safe places to leave your bikes.
INTERVIEWER:OK.
LUISA:And also.
I’d have to cycle uphill and on a hot day I'd arrive at work pretty sweaty so I think I’d need a shower somewhere at work.
INTERVIEWER:Right.
LUISA:And I suppose the last thing is that I wouldn't be all that confident about cycling on such busy roads.
I think I'd like to see you offering training for that, you know,I'd feel a lot better about starting if that was the case.
INTERVIEWER:Well,that's very helpful.
Thank you very much for your time.
LUISA:No problem.
Bye.

1.Hardie
2.19
3.GT8 2LC/GT82LC
4.hairdresser
5.dentist/dentist's
6.lighting
7.trains
8.safe
9.shower
10.training
1.Hardie當(dāng)聽(tīng)到男生提問(wèn)Now can I get a few details about yourself?
2.19當(dāng)聽(tīng)到男生提問(wèn)And can I have your address?
4.hairdresser當(dāng)男生提問(wèn)And could I ask what your job is?Are you a student?
5.dentist/dentist’s當(dāng)聽(tīng)到男生提問(wèn)And one more question in this section時(shí),注意準(zhǔn)備移動(dòng)到下一道題目。女生回答中再次出現(xiàn)actually,表示答案可能包含轉(zhuǎn)折,先說(shuō)不是來(lái)購(gòu)物(shopping),這個(gè)是normal reason(一般的理由),緊接著是發(fā)聲比較輕的but,后面即是本題的答案:to see the dentist。另外,答案也可寫作dentist’s,這個(gè)所有格形式(the dentist’s)表示牙醫(yī)診所,即the dentist’s=the dentist’s clinic,類似的如the hairdresser’s是理發(fā)店的意思。
Now in this last section,I’d like you to give us some ideas about the facilities and arrangements in the city...,于是預(yù)測(cè)會(huì)聽(tīng)到與設(shè)施及安排相關(guān)的答案。
7.trains聽(tīng)到上題的關(guān)鍵詞footpath后便可準(zhǔn)備回答下一題,女生說(shuō)and I don’t think there are enough trains,便知道她需要有更多班次的火車,隨即填寫trains,且須是復(fù)數(shù)形式,因?yàn)閠rain是可數(shù)名詞。
8.safe首先注意男生說(shuō)But we realise that there are things which the council, but also employers, might do to...,council意為市政局,employer意為雇主,因此預(yù)測(cè)接下來(lái)聽(tīng)到的內(nèi)容是關(guān)于雇主能為雇員做些什么來(lái)鼓勵(lì)他們騎自行車上班。接著女生說(shuō)there are no safe places to leave your bikes,可以確定她的想法是希望能有更多安全的地方來(lái)停放自行車。
最后女生說(shuō)so I think I’d need a shower somewhere at work,表示她想她會(huì)需要在工作的地方有淋浴,答案由此得出。
接著聽(tīng)到女生說(shuō)I think I’d like to...
