When visiting a museum that allows photography,some people like to take photographs of the exhibits they see.Others prefer to simply look at the exhibits and do not take photographs.Which do you prefer?Use details and examples to explain your opinion.

Task 2

Reading:

學(xué)校的psychology department要辦畢業(yè)生系列講座，讓graduate students在畢業(yè)前舉行公開的講座講講自己的研究。

Listening:女生agree

原因1：這對graduate students來說是一個很好的機會，可以practice speaking in the public;

原因2：graduate students平常都是跟本專業(yè)的professor和classmates做speech交流，很少去explain things to those who know less about the subject，這對他們來說也是一個很好的practice;同時對under-graduate students來說也更能了解他們專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的工作選擇，非常helpful。

Task 3

Reading：

一些瀕危物種會對人類的保護產(chǎn)生依賴，一旦人類不保護了，很快就會滅絕。

Listening：

Task 4

group leaders建立psychological safety從而取得成員信任的兩種方法：

1.Leader可以承認他們自己也make mistakes。舉例是leader可以在開會的時候說他參與的一個product doesn’t sell well，所以他決定discontinue;這樣其他員工就會覺得他們也safe to make errors.

2.Leaders show他們value work，同時也value relationship。舉例是可以組織weekly lunches來聯(lián)絡(luò)感情，這樣員工就會覺得leader value他們的感情。
