There are diverse views on the way one should get involved in delivering charity.While some prefer to do it locally,within their radius,others prefer to expand this radius to reach people at national and international levels.Both these views are significant,and hence a detailed discussion is needed before framing a rational conclusion.

On the one hand,those who have the former view focus that when charity is delivered locally,it would reach the right person.To be precise,the direct delivery of charity would ensure its complete effectiveness because the deliverer can easily identify the real needs of the person who is in need.He can identify clearly the type of help,the time of help,the duration of help and the best way to execute it when it is done within his locality.Therefore,satisfaction would be the maximum for both the‘giver’and the‘taker’.

On the other hand,those who align with the latter view highlight that charity should reach more people based on the intensity of the suffering.To be clearer,one should understand that there are people in the farthest end of either in their own country or in a foreign country who have serious needs including food,medicines,clothes and shelter.They believe that people should understand these people are also their fellow beings,and it is their responsibility to take care of them in the best possible way.Providing money to national and international charity organizations can make this a reality,and hence they prefer this way.

After analysing both views in detail,I feel that charity is one of the basic responsibilities of human beings,and there should not be a question regarding the area of delivering it.However,one should ensure that it reaches the right people.
