基本流程

【網(wǎng)申】在投行官網(wǎng)上填寫個人信息，上傳 CV和 coveringletter ；

【線上測試】投行會發(fā)郵件讓你做幾個 onlinetests ，心理測試和性格測試等。

【電話面試】投行通知參加電話面試，有時候不止一次（ tips ：電話面試，可以事先在本子上準(zhǔn)備好一些問題的答案）；

【現(xiàn)場面試】投行那邊就會邀請做現(xiàn)場面試，很重要（ tips ：穿的正式點(diǎn)，畢竟面對的是投行高層管理人員）；

【評鑒】這是最后一輪評估，大致會考查下你的態(tài)度，團(tuán)體協(xié)作能力什么的（ tips ：表現(xiàn)的自信一點(diǎn)，但也不要盲目做領(lǐng)頭人）。
